STRATEGY WITH ATMOSPHERE.
A distinct point of view. ✳ A feeling that stays. ✳ A team that makes it real.
01 / OUR POINT OF VIEW THE ATELIER MERIDIAN

Beauty gets attention.
Connection gets remembered.

Beautiful interiors can be replicated.
The way a place makes you feel is much harder to copy.

We work with independent hotels and hospitality concepts to connect what they promise, what the guest experiences, and what the team delivers every day.

01 / BRAND

A world
of your own.

A clear identity that guests can recognise long after the logo disappears.

02 / GUEST EXPERIENCE

Moments
with meaning.

Experiences that feel personal, memorable and unmistakably of the place.

03 / OPERATIONS

The promise,
made real.

The standards, systems and judgment that help your team bring it to life.

02 / HOW WE SHAPE THE STAY FROM CLARITY TO IMPLEMENTATION

Good taste.
Clear direction.

Three ways to work together. One ambition: to make your concept felt throughout the experience.

01 Brand Audit FIND THE CLARITY
For properties with a compelling concept that isn’t yet clearly understood, communicated or experienced.

We examine positioning, storytelling, digital coherence, competitive context and guest perception. We identify contradictions and hidden strengths, then determine what should change first.

LISTEN → RESEARCH → DIAGNOSE → PRIORITISE

02 Guest Experience SHAPE THE FEELING
For properties where the real stay does not yet deliver what the concept promises.

We review the journey from booking to post-stay. Together, we shape service rituals, personalisation and opportunities for connection that your team can deliver in practice.

MAP → OBSERVE → DESIGN → REFINE

03 Full Consulting CONNECT THE WHOLE
For launches, repositionings and deeper transformations with interconnected challenges.

We connect brand strategy, experience design and operational structure: service standards, procedures, team training and implementation that make the promise credible.

THE QUESTION THAT MATTERS

What happens here
that could only
happen here?

The most memorable experiences give guests stories they could not have collected somewhere else.

Let’s shape your answer ↗
03 / INSIDE THE ATELIER TASTE. CURIOSITY. HUMANITY.

A strategist’s eye.
A host’s instinct.

Ari Kleinkopf Madrigal
FOUNDER, THE ATELIER MERIDIAN

Hospitality lives in the details.
The work begins by paying attention.

Ari Kleinkopf Madrigal founded The Atelier Meridian around a simple idea: memorable hospitality is rarely created by design alone. It happens when the story a property tells, the experience a guest has and the decisions a team makes all begin to reinforce one another.

His perspective was shaped between strategy and the floor. Luxury hospitality research and concept analysis developed his eye for positioning, identity and the ideas that give a property its point of view. Hotel leadership brought that thinking into practice— through pre-opening, team building, operations and the countless details that determine how a stay actually feels.

That combination defines The Atelier Meridian today. Ari looks at a property as a living system: what it promises, how it welcomes, what the team notices, where the experience becomes inconsistent and what the guest ultimately remembers.

The goal is alignment—between what a place wants to be, what it communicates and what it feels like to experience it.
